IBC is a church that is all about real people, bringing real glory to a real God who is great and awesome! IBC is not about religion or being religious. We are people just like you, with experiences and backgrounds just like yours. We are your neighbors, your co-workers, and the person you run into at the post office. No matter where life’s journey has taken you, or where you are on that road, you will discover that IBC is a place where your own faith journey can find meaning and purpose.

Pastor Jeff Giampa is our Lead Pastor and he and his wife Denise have been with us since 2021. Jeff is our primary adult teaching pastor and oversees many of the ministries at IBC. Pastor Clint Klauck is our Associate Pastor of Youth and Worship, shares the pulpit with Jeff and wears other hats too. Ashton Junker is our Children’s Ministry Director and oversees the teaching and training of our young ones from three years old to fifth grade. We also have a part time secretary, Maria Reyes, who keeps everything running smoothly. If there is a way that we can serve you better, just let us know!

JEFF GIAMPA Pastor Jeff joined the IBC staff in 2021 after our beloved pastor of 38 years announced his retirement. Jeff and his wife Denise, who are Southern California natives, were married in 2007 and have six children. Jeff’s passion is “to glorify God and make Him known by expanding Biblical literacy in the church.” Adoption is a central theme for the Giampa family and in much of Jeff’s theological interest and writing. In his free time, Jeff loves spending time with his family, reading and writing, motorcycles, aviation, music, football, and anything funny.

BOB LEIH

Bob grew up in Idyllwild. After 38 years of teaching elementary and middle school Science, he retired in 2022. He and his wife Lynne were married in 1983 and have four adult children and eight grandchildren. His passions are disciplining others into a deeper walk with Jesus, encouraging the body to be bold in sharing the good news of the Gospel message, and spending time with his grandchildren. LANCE FOGLE

Lance grew up in Idyllwild. He has been a teacher for 28 years and currently teaches middle school history in Anza. He has been married to Julie for 26 years and has four children: Zach, Aly, Cody, and Jayden. He enjoys snowboarding, playing volleyball in the community adult sports program and disc golf and pickle ball with his children. In his spare time, he enjoys leading Bible studies, developing discipleship programs, and reading books that develop his spiritual life.

WAYNE CLARK

Wayne is a 40-year resident of Idyllwild along with his wife Janet, with two grown sons, Bob and Leon. He works as a general con-tractor and in the construction management industry. He put his faith in Jesus as his Savior on February 7, 1986 and has been attending Idyllwild Bible Church ever since. His passion is to be a servant of the living God. He loves teaching Sunday school and has worked with high schoolers in the past. He enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and ocean fishing. (Not active)

CLINT KLAUCK

Pastor Clint has been a part of our IBC family since 2012. In 2022 he answered God’s call to serve IBC as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Worship. Clint and his wife Linda, were married in 2002 and have two wonderful children, Genesis and Noah. Clint enjoys seeing others grow in their knowledge of Jesus. He also enjoys spending time with his family, playing musical instrument, mountain biking, backpacking, and disc golf.

KEVIN HOLLDBER

Kevin Holldber was born and raised in Idyllwild. He went away for college and work, then moved his family back to the mountain in 2017. He and his wife Joscelyn are high school sweethearts and have been married since June 2008. They have two children, Silas (11) and Joy (8). The kids keep themselves busy and love being a part of the community. Kevin works at Idyllwild Heating and Cooling which allows him to interact with people in the community. He loves to go camping with his friends and family, mountain biking, and sharing delicious food around the table to whomever the Lord brings in the door. His passion is to make Christ known to the lost and grow in the knowledge of the Word of God.

TIM SHIRLEY

Tim grew up in Idyllwild and currently lives and works at Camp Maranatha as the Maintenance Director. He has been married to his lovely wife Ashley for 14 years and has two amazing sons. He enjoys serving Christ through the camping ministry as well as spending time with his family. He also enjoys mountain biking and camping when given the opportunity. Idyllwild Bible Church was Tim’s home church throughout his childhood, and it is a blessing to be a part of this church family.

Maria and her family have been part of IBC since 2006 when they moved to Idyllwild.  She has been married to Rey for 26 years and together have three daughters, one son in-law and one grandson.  Maria enjoys spending time with family, serving on the worship team, gardening, researching natural health, teaching Spanish to homeschoolers, and encouraging homeschool moms.
